      Victor Stolbach, Owner and Lead Account Manager, is a seasoned veteran when it comes to the dental lab industry.  Driven by his desire to please his clients, he takes pride in providing the best customer service as possible. You will often hear him say, “Doc, I’m the service business!” He strives to make sure each office, as well as each person he speaks with, feels accommodated. His goals are to provide quality products and services at a great price with quick turnarounds.

You may be asking yourself where Victor got all the sauce from. Well…. it all started back when he was hired on at MyDentist Inc., a complete care dentistry provider in 2010. My Dentist, at this time, was one of the largest group practices providing dental practice management services to more than 55 offices across Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Texas.  During his time at MyDentist, Victor worked his way up from Shipping/Receiving Clerk to Shipping/Receiving Manager to Lab Manager.

In 2013, MyDentist practices were bought out by Heartland Dental and the lab to DSG (currently NDX, National Dentex Labs).  After the acquisitions, Victor was offered a position at DSG. Within a year, he was promoted to Shipping/Receiving Manager over the Group Practice Division. In 2014, the division relocated to Florida which left Victor with a very tough decision to make. Pack up and move his family far from home or stay and find another job. After several conversations and meetings with the lab technicians, they came together and formed Ford Dental Lab. After 4 years of business, the owners wanted to go in a different direction, once again putting Victor in another challenging position.  After fostering relationships with many doctors and offices, Victor felt the urge to meet his clients demands at a higher capacity than ever before, thus starting Solutions Dental Lab.

With several years of success, Victor has been able to give back to the community by providing support to the homeless, donating to under the privileged and creating  the SDL Scholarship Program. He also serves on the board for Westminster, an independent, coeducational, non-sectarian day school.

In Victor’s past time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, watching sports, and traveling.
